Plot:
The story centers around future college student who is enjoying his summertime, surrounded by beautiful women and facing different challenges. He is young, full of enthusiasm and ready for new adventures that life has prepared for him. His gorgeous Landlady is pretty upset with her recent divorce and he just met hot, mysterious Nicole. How will his life change? What choices will he make? Take the role of the protagonist and let the lewd show begin.

About game:
The game will include choice based storytelling and building relationships. Some of your choices will be marked as either dominant (red) or romantic (green). These choices will affect how your relationship with particular character would develop. And of course it will include a lot of sexual content, that's the reason why we are all here.

so far it looks very good, the models are gorgeous, reminds me of the first AVN i've played (dreams of desire, great stuff)

I'm excited to announce that I've completed the remake of the first episode, it's available on my patreon page. The second episode will be arriving shortly as well. It's nearly finished. Episode 01 Remake will be released for free, after Episode 02 release.

yes, you can, you just run Milfania.sh which is inside main folder
The main characters dick needs to go, it looks like a plastic dildo. You have all these hot models with detail but give the MC a generic looking dick, it's a turn off in lewd scenes. Also, it's best to have the MC kinda work to get some love interest. They all shouldn't fall at his knees.

hi i have feedback for you !!! I have come across loads of error's and grammatical error's and bits that might not have translated over to UK ENGLISH correctly, being a English born and breed its noticeable and if it help i would gladly offer my help to fix the issues as what i have read so far i like a lot and i could see it beings a high rated V.N. with a few tweak's here and there and could go from a good read it a read you cant put down until the end, and it already has got under my skin that the landlady split up and that her X-husband want to remarry in a month, was OOO i see a cat fight about to happen, and that is the signs of very writing if it affects people on a personal level, I hope to hear from you soon, thanks for your time Mr GaTeZ.
